Professional Services and Contracting

At AAR Consulting Group, we are dedicated to sourcing a contractor’s next assignment. We view our contractors as long-term partners who manage their careers with us and as such we devote the time to sourcing continual job flow for each contractor.

Every contractor is assigned a dedicated account manager who is responsible for that contractor’s career. Together, we form close relationships and dedicate the time to understanding our contractors needs, skills set and long-term goals so we can map a career plan for them to reach those goals.

Our strong relationships with high-profile wealth management, banking and IT companies across Australia ensure a constant flow of contract opportunities. We value the strength of these relationships and base them on integrity, honesty and transparency. To maintain these high-quality relationships, we will always endeavour to place a contractor into a role they are suited for. If we do not have a suitable assignment, we will say so. We are interested in a long-term partnership, and will continue to source placements for our contractors throughout our professional relationship.
