At AAR, we believe in forming long-term relationships. We want to help candidates reach their ultimate career goals. For this reason, we have designed a four week Career Management Program to equip individuals with the necessary skills to be successful in the current job market.

Delivered in one-on-one sessions, this four week course is designed to be frank and honest between participant and facilitator based on a solid foundation of trust and respect in order to gain the maximum benefits. By attending individualised sessions, candidates can be appraised for their own personal skills and attributes and can focus on their own necessary developments rather than trying to learn from a standardised group-based course.

The course focuses on developing a career plan and heightening the skills needed to fulfil that plan. Candidates will receive resume writing tips, interview technique workshops, management development, executive coaching and exclusive assistance finding the job of their dreams.

Candidates will also be invited to join the AAR Network. This strong network of professionals will give countless opportunities to extend your own contact base, knowledge and support networks and give you an chance to use your newfound skills to enhance your career.
