Appraising relevant Client executives – and candidates - at agreed intervals on progress of key Recruitment assignments – focusing on issues (if any) and engaging in early issue resolution.

  Our recruitment practices are based on a strong, transparent and ethical relationship with the Client and the candidate. Our recruitment methodology enables us to target both the active and passive job seekers. AAR uses best practice recruitment techniques which include a full engagement of the Client, extensive search approaches that cover: database searching, targeted print and Internet advertising and a comprehensive referral and networking program to source “passive” job seekers. All candidates are thoroughly assessed using behavioural questions, technical competency questions and (if required) psychometric testing. A quality short list of candidates is produced for the client with a full background and reference checks on the preferred candidate.
  Executive Placement:
  With our extensive experience in the Executive Recruitment field, we can work closely with suitable candidates and Clients to develop highly customised programs and campaigns for Senior Executive roles – that serve to enhance Clients' brands, at the same time helping to ensure the most appropriate and best qualified candidates are attracted through such campaigns.
